Draw pixel by pixel with the current color.
Gradient
Texture palette
Generate builds shades around the current color. Click a chip to make it the current color (a check marks the selected one) for pencil touch-ups; Remove selected takes that chip out of the palette. The Palette brush (key 5) and the Texture / Textured gradient fills pick colors from this list.
Canvas
Draw with the mouse or focus the canvas and use arrow keys, Enter, or Space. Fill stays inside the single cube face it starts in — the one outlined in orange under your cursor. The faint lines inside each part show where its faces sit (sides, front, back, top, bottom). NPCs use the villager-style model: a taller head with a nose, a robe over the body, crossed arms, and one shared texture for both legs. The Hat region is the overlay layer that floats over the head. Mirror pairs the two upper arms and mirrors other parts across their own center. The Palette brush (5) paints with random shades from your texture palette. Import accepts 64×64 NPC texture PNGs, including the game’s built-in NPC textures.
